SHIPPING & RETURNS
At The Mobility Furniture Company, we understand that sometimes things don't always work out and you may have purchased something you no longer want or need. For example, it could be the wrong size or just does not quite suit your personal needs.

• Unused products can be returned within 28 days of sale for an exchange or refund. Unused products must be returned with their original receipt/proof of purchase, be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sold.

• Refunds can only be issued by the Shop Manager, and to the Customer who made the original purchase. If paid via card, a refund can only be issued to the same card as the original payment. Cash refunds may not be possible as cash is not kept on site for safety reasons.
​
• We cannot accept the return of a used product, a product that is not in its original packaging or that is not in the same condition in which it was sold.
​
• If the Customer requires the product(s) to be collected for a return, the cost of this collection is the responsibility of the Customer and not The Mobility Furniture Company.
​
• Direct product exchanges (e.g. for an alternative size) are welcome up to 28 days after purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sold.
​
• The return and refund of certain products are not accepted for hygiene reasons, for example but not limited to;
​
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery - Bespoke items that have been made to a customer’s specifications/requirements
- Underwear and lingerie can not be returned due to hygiene issues.
- Any "used" products that represent a hygiene risk (such as, but not limited to, toilet seats, cushions, bed/chair pads, and any item that may have been in contact with human skin or bodily fluids). Refusal is at the discretion of The Mobility Furniture Company
