Blasta Henriet Wheat Bag

This unscented large rectangular wheat bag can be both heated in the oven and microwave or cooled in the freezer. Designed to naturally easy joint stiffness, pain or inflammation and muscle cramps.

Directions: Heat inner bag only on a clean surface, according to the times listed below (Leave bag to cool down before reheating).

Keep hydrated by placing a heatproof container of water alongside the bag. Alternatively sprinkle with water before heating.

• Oven: 10-15 minutes on 125C
• Freezer: 1 hour
• Retains heat for up to 40 minutes
