How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

We will dispatch your order usually within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and the parcel should be with you within 7 working days.

 

Why am I paying postage?

Postage is paid by the size and weight of your parcel and unfortunately we do have to pass on these costs.

 

What are your delivery charges?

The postage charge depends on the size and weight of your parcel. Small parcels are £6.00, Medium parcels are £11.00 & Large Parcels are £15.50.

 

Which courier do you use?

For the small and medium parcels we use Royal Mail but the large parcels are being delivered by Parcelforce.

 

Can I get my delivery on a set date?

Unfortunately with experience we have learned that this is something that can not be guaranteed.  

 

Can I return my item/s?

Yes, you can return any item/s within 28 days. The item/s need to be in their original and undamaged packaging and can NOT be used. For hygiene reasons we do not except returns of personal hygiene products i.e. Pants, Mattress Toppers/Protectors, Toilet Seats, Bathroom wear. Can I return my pillows?

Pillows can be returned as long as they have not been taken out of the packaging.

 

Who pays for the return postage?

The postage will be paid by you and the original postage can not be refunded due to costs incurred.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and checked the item/s we will process your refund, which takes usually between 7-10 working days to get back into your account.

 

I need some advice, how can I get in touch with you?

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9.30 – 16.30 and we are closed Sunday’s and bank holidays.

 

I received a brochure, how come there are no prices on it?

The reason prices are not included in our brochure is, so that we can clarify that we have the right product/s for your needs.

 

I have questions about my Furniture Order, who do I contact?

Please give our Head Office team a call on 01934 756444, they can advice you on any/all your furniture order questions as we do not have direct access to their systems. However anything else, please feel free to contact us at the shop and we will be able to assist you.
